Main and Main Developments held a community meeting to discuss there plans for a development at 3803 Dundas Street West on July 4, 2012.  They are expected to apply to the city this fall, however no application has been brought forward at this time.

Update: A public meeting was held on Tuesday, June 21 at 7:00 at St. Pius X School, (71 Jane Street).
The applicant proposes to construct a 4 storey stacked townhouse building which would contain 24 residential units accessed from grade. The proposed building would contain approximately 2 136 square metres of gross floor area. The proposed density is approximately 1.70 times the lot area. The proposed height is approximately 13.1 metres.

Update: On September 26, 2012, Northdrive Development took their proposal for 1990 Bloor to the OMB.  The same has not occured for 2114 Bloor at this time.

Daniels' 1844 Bloor Street West
Daniel's, City Planning and I hosted three Working Group meetings where the residents changed some of the materials for the building.  They have since gone to the OMB for approval.  To read the City report on this development, please click here.

This address covers 51 - 77 Quebec Avenue and 40 - 66 High Park Avenue. Propose to remove (2) blocks of townhouses and construct (2) new residential use only apartment buildingsof Bldg A and B and a (2) storey amenity block building. (2) existing residential apartment towers to remain.
